19th ANNUAL ROONEY’S 5K RUN/WALK – SAT., APR. 4, 2026
Rooney’s 19th Annual 5K Run/Walk at PBKC – 7:30am – Charity Run/Walk including a 5K, 1-mile Kids’ event, big Breakfast, award glasses and more. This certified 5K course kicks off at PBKC and winds through the historic Westgate/Belvedere Homes neighborhood and the scenic Dennis P. Koehler Preserve. Whether you’re chasing a personal best or strolling with friends and family, this event is for every runner. Proceeds will benefit four local organizations: Connections, Palm Beach County PAL, Potentia Academy, Westgate/Belvedere Homes CRA. After crossing the finish line, runners and Walkers will enjoy an amazing Breakfast buffet featuring the crowd-favorite Signature Rooney’s French Toast — plus, celebrate your accomplishment with awards and prizes.
Since 2008, we’ve raised over $253,686.57 for charities located throughout Palm Beach County. This year’s charities are Connections Education Center, Palm Beach County – Police Athletic League, Potentia Academy, and Westgate CRA. Don’t miss an exciting morning with a little exercise!!!! Big Breakfast after the race for all who participate.
Roads close at 7:15 AM, so please arrive before then.
NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE RACE! *T-Shirts and Race Medals for the first 400 who enter.

6:00AM – Registration
7:30AM – 5K Run/Walk Begins (SHARP!!)
7:45AM – Breakfast Opens
8:15AM – Kids 1 Mile
8:30AM – Awards Ceremony
