THE MONEYMAKER TOUR RETURNS MAY 2-14 TO THE POKER ROOM AT PBKC
WITH OVER $500,000 IN GUARANTEES AND 28 TROPHY EVENTS IN 13 DAYS
West Palm Beach, FL (April, 2024) — The Poker Room at PBKC (Palm Beach Kennel Club) is excited to welcome back the Moneymaker Tour May 2-14, 2024, for a fourth time. The 13-day series will feature 28 trophy events, more than $500,000 in guarantees and buy-ins for every type of player ranging from $86 to $1,500. The tour was created by 2003 WSOP Champion and ACR Team Pro, Chris Moneymaker and Moneymaker Executive Manager, Tony Burns. The Poker Room at PBKC was the site of the Inaugural Moneymaker Tour May 10-24, 2023, and hosted the event again Oct. 25 -Nov. 6, 2023, and Feb. 15-27, 2024.
The $300,000 Guaranteed Moneymaker Main Event NLH has a $1,500 buy-in and is scheduled May 9 – 14. The Main Event will feature four starting days to choose from at 12pm plus multiple chances to win a seat via mega satellites. Day 2 will be Monday the 13th playing down to the final table of six and the live streamed final table will be Tuesday, May 14th at 2pm.
The opening event runs from May 2 – 5 and will be a $300 Buy-in with a $150,000 Guaranteed prize pool. There will be six starting flights at 11am and 6pm on May 2 thru 4 with Day 2 Sunday at 1pm and all players in the money. There will be two Ladies’ events in this series on May 5th and May 12th. May 5th will be a $500 buy-in with $100 bounties. May 12th will be a $186 Buy-in with a $5,000 Guarantee. Both events will start at 3pm.
This year a special Moneymaker Charity Event NLH tournament will be held on Thurs., May 9 to benefit LifeLine Animal Project*. The event is scheduled for 7pm and features a $186 Buy-in with the winner receiving a $1500 Main Event Seat.
