CHEF WANYOU WAS BORN INTO COOKING. HIS MOTHER, LULA, OWNED AND OPERATED A FAMILY KITCHEN RESTAURANT IN HAITI, WHERE HE WAS BORN AND RAISED. HE AND HIS BROTHER HELPED THEIR MOTHER WITH PREPPING FOOD FOR THE RESTAURANT.

IN 1992, HE CAME TO THE UNITED STATES. HIS JOURNEY WITH PBKC BEGAN SHORTLY AFTER IN 1996, FOLLOWING IN THE FOOTESTEPS OF CHEF PIERRE DELOS AND CHEF ALFRED LA GRANGE. WHILE ENHANCING HIS COOKING SKILLS AT LOCAL CULINARY INSTITUTIONS, CHEF WANYOU MOVED UP THE RANKS FROM LINE COOK TO HEAD CHEF.

Our chef selects only the best quality foods and freshest ingredients to serve to Paddock customers, with several chef's specials offered daily. Five tiers of white-linen tables.
